Why This Role Exists

This role exists to drive revenue and growth across our eCommerce email marketing efforts 💯. As an eCommerce Email Marketer, you’ll manage key campaigns and flows, optimize for performance, and directly impact the company’s profitability. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a data-driven, results-focused environment.

This is a role for someone who is eager to experiment, optimize, and grow, rather than simply keeping things running.

What You’ll Own & Build

You’ll have real responsibility from day one. Your first 90-day success will be measured by:

• Increasing revenue from email marketing by at least 25%
• Improving performance of major email flows and campaigns
• Continuously testing, optimizing, and reporting performance
• Owning the email marketing channel and delivering measurable results
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re excited to work with someone who:

• Has 2+ years of eCommerce email marketing experience
• Is hands-on with Klaviyo (required)
• Shopify experience is a plus
• Possesses creative and persuasive copywriting skills
• Is analytical, data-driven, and focused on performance
• Can work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment
