Construction Update - 'Project Groene Doorgroei' We are pleased to share that this week marked a milestone with the successful delivery and installation of our deo column – the largest and most critical component of our 2nd refinery. Favorable weather conditions ensured smooth lifting and placement operations. All remaining components have now arrived from Italy, and the next phase will focus on connecting the extensive network of pipes and tubing. This stage can be compared to assembling a highly sophisticated and intricate system, much like a large-scale engineering “Lego set.” We are pleased to confirm that the project remains on schedule, with commissioning planned for December of this year. No summer break or ‘bouwvak’ for us this year! We are making strong progress on our ‘Groene Doorgroei’ project, which includes the construction of our second refinery. The structural framework of the new refinery building in Farmsum is nearly at its highest point, and various components of the installation are being delivered to the site. In just two weeks, our deo-column will arrive from Italy and will be installed on the same day—a key milestone in the construction process. We are aiming to surpass the lead time of our previous refinery project and have the new facility operational before Christmas this year. In addition to the refinery, we are also developing: - An additional office building that will house a state-of-the-art laboratory and customer experience center. - A wastewater treatment facility to support our sustainable operations This project is supported by a grant from the Just Transition Fund Groningen-Emmen (JTF), in close cooperation with the Provincie Groningen and Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland (SNN).
