Continuing our celebrations of International Tea Month, some of our leadership team and CEO Marc Busain visited Japan, a market where tea is not just a category but an important part of everyday life. Together with our Japan team, they explored how consumer habits are shifting and how tea is finding new expressions across formats, occasions, and channels. It was a strong reminder that staying relevant here requires both respect for tradition and a willingness to evolve with changing lifestyles and expectations.
