Each year, IDEXX participates in the @Make It OK campaign to help end the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illnesses. At its heart, Make It OK is about creating understanding, encouraging conversation, and making it easier for people to ask for and receive the support they need. Last fall, our employee-led Sustainability Community partnered with Maine Audubon to transform unused spaces into native plant gardens at the World Campus, creating new habitat for pollinators. With the goal of increasing the presence of native plants on campus, the Sustainability Community, with support from the Facilities team, identified unused mulch areas outside as a natural starting point. These overlooked spaces became an opportunity to bring the vision to life. We're looking forward to seeing the impact this spring and the growth they can accomplish in the future.
