Restrictive, doesn't connect properly and keeps forcing me to download the Sonos 2 app when I was previously able to connect my Play:1 just last week. Which was a farce cos it kept not recognising my wii-fi connection. Not intuitive- pressing on a song to play it doesn't work, you have to press on a second option just to play the song. Adjusting the overall volume on your phone doesn't do anything so you can have to into the app. Unlikely to use this again until these annoyances are resolved

When it works, it's great. The ability to control several speakers via the one app plus the interface is great and easy to navigate. However more frequently than it should it'll skip a song, stop playing altogether or jump through a song. The speakers are great, never had an issue with them and I'm running two play 3's, a play 1 and a Sonos one. The sound quality is great for the price. It's just the playback issues and how frequently they happen which are letting it down.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star atm. It will only connect to the WiFi every so often, even though I haven't changed anything. Troubleshooting is useless, it freezes right at the end just when you think you're getting somewhere. I've got the beam, sub and 3 amps so I've spent a small fortune on something that only works when it feels like it. Expensive paper weights, I'd love to give it back TBH. If it's a Sonos problem (which it sounds like from other reviews) fix it now ffs.

Systems supported by this app will continue to receive bug fixes and security patches but will not receive new software features found in the new Sonos S2 app and will not be compatible with Sonos products released after May 2020.
