UNCOMN is seeking a Business Process Analyst/Engineer 3-4 (Mid/Senior-Level) to:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leaders, such as the Chief Architect on architecture alignment, and with the Senior Configuration Manager on change control integration.
• Design and maintain the War Data Platform's (WDP) Enterprise Process Framework, establishing authoritative standards for process design, documentation, performance measurement, and governance across the WDP's six process domains.
• Conduct process interface analysis across domains.
• Develop process performance measures and governance procedures.
• Lead Government adoption coordination activities.
• Facilitate domain process owner working groups.
• Manage the annual framework review cycle.
• Prepare all quarterly maintenance packages and additional supporting documentation for other deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business process engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in process framework design, performance measurement, and DoD or Federal IT process governance.
• Experience with ITIL 4, CMMI, and DoD IT process governance standards, including familiarity with DoW Chief Information Officer (CIO) guidance and NIST process governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to produce framework-agnostic process governance artifacts compatible with Government-approved tooling (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.) in an advisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-domain process working groups and manage Government deliverable review cycles.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility.
• Must be comfortable working onsite full-time at a designated partner facility within the National Capital Region, pending final site establishment.
• Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirement for Systems Requirements Planner (641), obtaining professional certifications or completing training, as needed.
  
  
  

Preferred

• Active DoD secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL 4 Managing Professional, CMMI Associate, PMP, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
