From one great idea to global impact. What started as an employee led initiative has grown into Mizuho’s Global Zero Waste Office Pilot, showing what’s possible when global vision meets local action. Across Hanoi, Jakarta, Singapore, London, and Chicago, our teams partnered with building management and vendors to reduce waste in meaningful ways. From composting food scraps and tackling e waste to launching family focused sustainability education, each office took unique approaches but the underlying mindset was the same: start small, lead by example, and build better daily habits. Together, these efforts are now informing our Zero Waste Office Playbook to continue scaling impact, creating a blueprint for a more sustainable future, office by office. The journey continues! 🌱
