Hi everyone ☺️ My name is Muranaka, and I work as ground staff at Haneda Airport ✈️ I joined the company in 2021 and am currently assigned to international flights. My main responsibilities include identifying and supporting passengers with connecting flights, overseeing staff as the lobby service supervisor at the departure counters, issuing international flight tickets, and handling reception duties in the lounge. This year, I also obtained certification as a training instructor to support the development of junior colleagues, and I am now involved in their training as well ✨ In every aspect of our work, the most important priority is the safety of our passengers. Our encounters with passengers at the airport may only last a brief moment. However, we approach each task with care so that those brief moments bring a sense of reassurance and become part of a memorable journey. The smiles we see and the “thank you” we receive when we are able to support a passenger’s journey are truly irreplaceable moments for me ☺️ Because our time together is limited, I value every encounter and hope to support each passenger’s journey from Haneda Airport. In my free time, I enjoy photography 📸 I’m drawn to capturing people’s expressions, cityscapes, and fleeting moments that can only be experienced once. When I travel, I often get carried away and take many photos, but I also enjoy the time spent editing them to create the vibe I like. When I visited Hong Kong last year, I was captivated by the view known as the “Million Dollar Night View” 🌃 I still look back at the photos I took of that scenery, and they have become a cherished memory for me. Working in an airport that is constantly evolving, I hope to continue growing while always providing thoughtful, attentive service to every passenger. I sincerely look forward to welcoming you at Haneda Airport ✈️
