Key Accounts Manager - UK FMCG Are you an experienced FMCG Account Manager ready to drive massive sales growth across the UK's top retailers? We are searching for a dynamic, commercially-minded leader to manage strategic partnerships for a global consumer goods powerhouse. The Role The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) will take ownership of major UK retail accounts across Grocers (Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons), Beauty & Pharmacy (Boots, Superdrug), and Discounters. Lead the negotiation of annual joint business plans, trade terms, and promotional calendars. Develop and execute tailored portfolio strategies, including NPD listings and brand prioritisation. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure sustainable, profitable growth. Act as a value-adding partner by leveraging strong category and shopper insights. Your Profile 5–8 years of relevant experience in the UK FMCG industry. Proven track record in managing joint business plans and delivering profitable growth. Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape across grocers, pharmacy/beauty, and discounter channels. Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills. Prior experience as a Buyer with major UK retailers is highly desirable. The preferred location is the UK (London preferred).
