  • The Climate Fellowship for Women in Energy was a 9-month capacity-building program designed for women graduates, researchers, and early-career professionals exploring pathways into climate and clean energy entrepreneurship.   Speaking about her journey through the Climate Fellowship for Women in Energy, Ananya Choudhary shared, “The courses were well-structured and easy to follow, with material that aligned closely with the sessions. All mentors supplemented their sessions with clear and engaging presentations, and the assignments were thoughtfully designed and interesting without being tedious.” She was part of the Clean Energy Access track, one of the three specialised tracks offered under the fellowship alongside Future Mobility and Data & AI for Clean Energy.   “The overall curation was excellent. It allowed us to revisit core concepts without assuming prior mastery,” Ananya added, highlighting how the program created an accessible, engaging, and supportive learning environment.   Offered by the Climate Collective Foundation under the Women in Climate umbrella and powered by the Startup Earth Center, the Climate Fellowship for Women in Energy was supported by the Good Energies Foundation. Through expert-led sessions, mentorship, and practical exposure, the program helped participants build climate knowledge, business literacy, and entrepreneurial confidence.   Interested in building a career in climate tech? • Getting a grant takes more than a great idea - it takes a focused strategy.   Climate Pitch 2026 is looking for startups building impactful solutions in Adaptation & Resilience. Before you apply, avoid these common mistakes: 1. Ignoring the Theme - We are specifically looking for A&R solutions across areas like Water Security, Climate-Resilient Agriculture, Heat Resilience and other related sectors. Climate tech solutions in Decarbonisation or Circular Economy may not be the right fit. 2. Missing the Stage - Climate Pitch is designed for startups at the Prototype, Pilot stage or early commercialization. Make sure your application clearly reflects your current traction and deployment plans. 3. Being Vague About Grant Utilization - Clearly explain how the grant will be used — whether for pilot execution, product testing, working capital, or scaling field deployments.   What you unlock: • Up to INR 20 Lakhs in grant support • Mentorship and pitch-readiness support • Access to a strong climate ecosystem   Apply now: https://climatepitch.org/ Pratap Raju | Nalin Agarwal | Jui Joshi | Priyanka Bhandari | Yash Rohra | Naitik Udeshi | Parag Daharwal #ClimatePitch #ClimateCollective #ClimateTech #AdaptationAndResilience #StartupTips

  • "The Hewlett Packard Enterprise Climate Data Fellowship is well-structured and insightful and provides valuable exposure to real-world climate and data-driven challenges. The learning resources, mentorship, and community support have been excellent," shared Rohit Salke, a fellow from the HPE Climate Data Fellowship 2026, reflecting on his journey so far.   Fellows engaged in live learning sessions with mentors and practitioners working across climate data and clean energy. The programme opened up opportunities to connect directly with startups working in the sector. Rohit is currently interning at Proximal Soilsense.   "I found the internship component to be quite challenging. It pushed me to step out of my comfort zone, think critically, and apply my technical skills in practical scenarios. While demanding, this challenge significantly contributed to my growth and helped me develop a deeper understanding of problem-solving in real-world contexts." The industry experience Rohit is gaining through the internship is helping him build critical skills, shape his curiosity, and explore suitable careers in the climate tech space.   The Climate Data Fellowship, supported by HPE, was designed to help young professionals and mid-career women build pathways into climate and clean energy careers. Fellows were not just learning theory. They were working with real teams, understanding real challenges, and building confidence along the way. We’re grateful to HPE for supporting this initiative.   "Overall, it has been a rewarding journey, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of the HPE Climate Data Fellowship 2026 by the Climate Collective Foundation."   It’s encouraging to see young professionals finding spaces where they can learn, grow, and contribute to the climate tech sector.   Are you also looking to build a career in the climate tech space?
