👏 Congratulations to Charles Coyle, C.Eng, P.Eng ,PMP, Development Project Manager, Declan Cullinane, Managing Director and to the whole Amarenco Ireland team on this important milestone for our Castlelyons solar farm project in North Cork!   Planning permission has been granted for this 20 MW development, which is expected to generate enough renewable electricity to power 4500 homes once operational.   This project reflects Amarenco’s commitment to developing renewable energy infrastructure that creates long-term value for local communities and ecosystems.   A meaningful step forward for renewable energy, biodiversity and local communities in North Cork! ☀️

📣 Amarenco finalise le refinancement d’un portefeuille de 71 MWc d’actifs solaires en France, arrangé par Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC, Bpifrance, avec la participation de Crédit Coopératif et Banque Populaire du Sud. Centrales au sol, serres agrivoltaïques, ombrières et toitures en hexagone et en ZNI : ce portefeuille reflète la diversité de nos actifs en France. ☀️ Cette opération de 84 M€ permet de regrouper 22 financements existants en une structure unique. Au-delà de la performance financière, ce refinancement renforce notre capacité à piloter nos actifs dans la durée, tout en libérant de nouvelles marges de manœuvre pour soutenir notre développement. 🇪🇸 5 new sites in construction: a bold new Amarenco project takes off! With these brand new programs in Spain, we demonstrate that energy performance and ecological regeneration can go hand in hand. Caoba, Espliego, Enebro, Madrono, Collado: these five programs are fully aligned with our growth trajectory: Within the next 24 months, we are targeting a key threshold, exceeding 1 TWh of annual production, backed by more than 1 GW of installed capacity. It's a decisive step toward a fully integrated IPP model generating recurring EBITDA from energy production and asset rotation. The 5 sites are ranging from 25 to 50 MW, combining to form one of the Group’s key developments. Together, they deliver competitive renewable energy while actively contributing to decarbonization! ☀️ Developed as part of Amarenco’s ECHO program, the project goes beyond compliance to actively restore ecosystems: - 403 hectares under active regeneration - Target: 100% of soils in regeneration within 4 years (vs. 80% degraded today) - 20+ concrete actions deployed and scientifically monitored - 1 200+ tonnes of carbon sequestered 🌳 These are also 5 biodiversity projects: - 6 700 trees and plants introduced, including nearly 2 000 native oaks - 173 wildlife infrastructures - Ecological corridors supporting the return of species This project illustrates how renewable energy projects can also become drivers of ecosystem restoration. Thanks to practices such as rotational grazing, the project also engages local stakeholders, improves soil management and contributes to wildfire risk prevention. With a 225 MW total capacity, these 5 projects illustrate a shift in scale: producing renewable energy is no longer enough. Journée d’échanges stratégiques avec Enedis sur notre site de stockage de Saucats ! 🤝 Nous avons eu le plaisir de recevoir les managers et membres du Comité de Direction d’Enedis Aquitaine Nord à Saucats où se trouve Claudia, l’une des plus grandes unités de stockage en Europe, signée Amarenco. Une journée dense, utile, et surtout très alignée avec les enjeux du moment. Leurs retours parlent d’eux-mêmes : 💬 des échanges « unanimement très positifs » 💬 une meilleure compréhension du rôle du stockage pour le système électrique 💬 des discussions transparentes sur les réalités du marché, en France comme en Europe 🔋 Le stockage constitue un levier stratégique pour les gestionnaires de réseau : il contribue à la régulation du réseau, à sa décongestion et, à terme, à l’optimisation de leur mission au quotidien. Pour Enedis, l'enjeu était de mieux comprendre le potentiel de services rendus au système électrique en lien avec les demandes de raccordement. Pour Amarenco, l'enjeu était de partager notre expertise, illustrant concrètement notre maîtrise de ces technologies. Présent au #PerifemDay 2026, Amarenco réaffirme une conviction : le retail a un rôle clé à jouer dans la transition énergétique. Aux côtés des acteurs du secteur, nous avons échangé autour de défis désormais incontournables : performance énergétique, maîtrise des coûts, adaptation réglementaire. Nous accompagnons cette transformation avec des solutions concrètes : ☀️ production solaire à grande échelle 🔋 stockage pour plus de flexibilité 📉 sécurisation des coûts énergétiques Mais surtout, nous créons des synergies entre retail et filière agro-alimentaire, en développant des projets énergétiques intégrés au service d’un consommateur toujours plus exigeant, en matière de traçabilité, de durabilité et de performance. Avec déjà 600 GWh d’électricité renouvelable livrés en 2025, et une trajectoire vers 1 GW installé d’ici 2027, nous faisons de l’énergie un levier de performance durable pour le retail. Au-delà de la production, nous portons une ambition plus large : développer des projets à impact régénératif, au service des territoires et de la biodiversité.
