A huge thanks to our Field Training Manager and Area Manager for facilitating and helping our youths sharpen their mental filters. Their leadership and expertise helped the youths explore how to structure thoughts to communicate with clarity and purpose.   By optimizing how they process information in real-time, these future leaders are practicing how to turn complex thoughts into impactful messages! What an incredible Cycle Meeting 2026! This session was all about growth —both for the business and our people. From navigating office dynamics to the nuances of professional interaction, we focused on the foundational behaviors that help young talents not just get a job but thrive in one. We recently wrapped up our second training session for LP4Y (Life Project 4 Youth) Jakarta, focusing on two of the most critical tools for professional success: Building Confidence & Networking.   Our National Sales Manager & Sr Product Manager stepped out of the office and into the training center to facilitate this session. As we kicked-off the 3rd batch of AccelerAction Program last month, we were also celebrating a milestone: three years of partnership between Servier Indonesia and LP4Y Indonesia. What started as a commitment to support youth inclusion has evolved into a robust skill-based sponsorship program that truly changes lives. The kick-off session wasn’t just about the new batch, it was a testament to the sustainable impact we can create when corporate expertise meets local talent.   The event followed by an office tour to give the youth a glimpse into the corporate world and continued by their 1st training session: "Understanding Yourself & Others.” – using the simple DISC Method, participants explored their unique styles and strengths.   We are continuing our mission to equip these Youths with the tools they need to thrive.
