# Global Settings (Output Window) (DB2ToSQL)
Use the **Global Settings** dialog box to specify settings for SSMA.  
  
To access the Output Window settings, on the **Tools** menu, select **Global Settings**, click **GUI** at the bottom of the left pane, and then select **Output Window**.  
  
## Options  
**Show Error List pane**  
Select **True** if you want SSMA to show the Error List pane when there are messages.  
  
**Show Output pane**  
Select **True** if you want SSMA to show the Output pane when there are messages.
