Either *id* or *proxy_name* must be specified, but both cannot be specified. The *id* is **int**, with a default of NULL. `[ @proxy_name = ] 'proxy_name'` The name of the proxy to remove access for. Either *id* or *proxy_name* must be specified, but both cannot be specified.
