# getURL Method (java.lang.String)

  Retrieves the value of the designated parameter as a URL object in the Java programming language given the parameter name.  
  
## Syntax  
  
```  
  
public java.net.URL getURL(java.lang.String s)  
```  
  
#### Parameters  
 *s*  
  
 A **String** that contains the parameter name.  
  
## Return Value  
 A URL object.

## Remarks  
 This getURL method is specified by the getURL method in the java.sql.CallableStatement interface.
