# SQLSetParam Function

 **Summary**  
 In ODBC 2.0, the ODBC 1.0 function **SQLSetParam** has been replaced by **SQLBindParameter**. For more information, see [SQLBindParameter Function](../../../odbc/reference/syntax/sqlbindparameter-function.md).
