# getMultiSubnetFailover Method (SQLServerDataSource)

  Returns the value of the **multiSubnetFailover** connection property.  
  
## Syntax

public boolean getMultiSubnetFailover();  
```  
  
## Return Value  
 Returns true or false, depending on the current setting of the connection property.
