C8666: Hardcoded en-us link

Hello, @Minewiskan,

Localization team has reported source content issue that causes localized version to have broken link in target version. We need to delete /en-us/ in link structures. 

Please, help to check my proposed file change into the article and help to merge if you agree with fix.
