FT:Crawl Stopped Event Class

[!INCLUDEappliesto-ss-asdb-xxxx-xxx-md] The :Crawl Stopped event class indicates that a full-text crawl (population) has stopped. The stop can be due to a successfully completed crawl or a fatal error.
