Log shipping will not run after upgrading

Upgrade Advisor has detected that you are using log shipping. [!INCLUDEssVersion2000] log shipping is incompatible with log shipping in [!INCLUDEssCurrent] and cannot be upgraded directly. After upgrading to [!INCLUDEssCurrent], reconfigure log shipping using [!INCLUDEssManStudioFull] or stored procedures.
