“What number changed?” 🤔 “Who changed it, and when?” 👀 “Why did it change?” 🤷 In most planning environments, answering these questions means digging through audit logs and chasing context across models. The Modeler Agent can now read your app history and answer these questions in seconds, with the traceability and governance needed in modern enterprise planning. So say goodbye to headaches, and hello to stress-free modeling.

For Sara Park, VP of Integrated Planning at Coca-Cola North America, the north star of supply chain transformation is surprisingly simple: make planners’ lives better. If planners want the tool, adoption follows naturally. This mindset shaped how Coca-Cola North America rebuilt planning across one of the world’s most complex supply chains, coordinating 65 bottling partners while moving away from spreadsheets and email toward a more connected, decision-intelligent model #withPigment. “We need humans to be the strategy, the decision-maker at the end, and AI is just here to help you unlock what was simply not possible before.” At HumanX 2026, Pigment co-founder and co-CEO Eléonore Crespo joined NYSE to share her perspective on what it means to be an AI-first company and why it’s so important for humans to stay at the center. She explains that AI should act as a superpower for teams, giving them the ability to move faster, analyze more scenarios, and operate at an unprecedented scale… but the judgement, context, and decision-making still needs to belong to people.

As Docker, Inc’s Senior Finance Manager, Strategic FP&A Pooja Agrawal, MBA CPA highlights, AI is changing the role of finance teams. For Docker, that shift started with one of the most time-intensive parts of the job: variance commentary. By automating that workflow, the team freed up time to focus on analysis, context, and decision-making. The conversation goes deeper into how that transformation actually happened in practice: https://okt.to/68OmIw

Change management should not be painful. If it is, you're doing something wrong 👀 More wisdom from Sara Park, VP of Integrated Planning at Coca-Cola North America, below 👇
Sara Park is the VP of Integrated Planning at Coca-Cola North America, which means she is responsible for one of the most complex supply chains in the world: a portfolio spanning everything from SmartWater to Fairlife Dairy, across 65 independent bottling partners. She reads a hundred books a year. Not as a habit she talks about, but because she believes that if she stops paying attention to what's coming, the burden of figuring it out falls on her team instead. In 14 years at Coca-Cola, through more than a dozen restructures, a pandemic, and co-manufacturing partners going bankrupt mid-cycle, she has applied the same test to every initiative she's led: does this make my planners' lives genuinely better? It sounds simple, but it's a harder bar than most transformation projects ever clear. And it produces a different outcome: her planners are now asking when the POC goes to production, rather than bracing for another rollout. Sara is exactly the kind of leader we could all learn from. For a company as large and complex as Coca Cola North America, planning systems need to evolve alongside the business. 📈 In the latest Portraits by Pigment episode, Coca-Cola North America’s VP of Integrated Planning Sara Park explains how her team needed a platform that could start small, grow over time, automate repetitive work, and support more advanced capabilities like machine learning and agentic AI as planning maturity evolved. They found exactly that #withPigment. Learn more: https://okt.to/eF56EX
