Today, we are announcing a $200 million Series B, led by Dassault Aviation, at a $1.4 billion valuation, alongside a strategic partnership to integrate AI into future combat aviation systems. This funding will support the expansion of Harmattan AI’s systems into new domains and the industrial scaling of our ISR, counter-UAS, and electronic warfare platforms. By combining Dassault Aviation’s leadership in military aviation and mission system integration with Harmattan AI’s expertise in operational autonomous systems, we are advancing the next generation of collaborative air combat.
