[#GalileoForGood] La semaine dernière, nous avons déployé auprès de nos collaborateurs en France une campagne autour de la RQTH – Reconnaissance de la Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé. Son objectif était clair : 👉 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐐𝐓𝐇 𝐧’𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐞́𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞, 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐝’𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐬. Les visuels de cette campagne seront adaptés et également déployés en miroir auprès de nos étudiants, pour porter le même message de dédramatisation et d’accès aux droits. Cette campagne s’inscrit pleinement dans notre politique RH, où l’inclusion est un engagement structurant, porté par des actions concrètes et un accompagnement tout au long des parcours.
