A major milestone for ENGIE’s growth and the UK energy transition. We are happy to announce the completion of the acquisition of UK Power Networks, nearly two months ahead of the initial timetable. By welcoming UK Power Networks’ 6,500 employees and its 192,000 km network, we are significantly strengthening our position in regulated infrastructure. This move makes the UK our second-largest country of activity and accelerates our ambition to become the leading energy transition utility. Together with our new colleagues at UK Power Networks, we are committed to supporting the energy transition and driving long-term growth through continued investment in renewables, batteries and infrastructures. From the start of our industrial adventure 150 years ago, and the birth of our brand 10 years ago, we continue on the same mission: to be useful to society. In 2025, we set ourselves the goal of becoming the best energy transition utility. We are helping to advance the energy system: ▪️ +6.2 GW in one year (renewables and batteries) ▪️ +700 MW battery storage capacity currently in operation & under construction in Europe ▪️ 7600 km of power lines in operation & under construction ▪️ Nearly 15 TWh of biomethane production capacity connected to our networks We are meeting growing demand for decarbonized electricity, helping industries reinvent themselves, supporting cities in addressing the climate challenge and enabling everyone to make changes to their lifestyles. And we are moving towards our goal of achieving Net-Zero Carbon emissions by 2045. The energy transition is underway. #WithENGIE

At ENGIE, safety comes first. Always. 🦺 On this World Day for Safety and Health at Work, let's reflect on what this commitment means in practice across all our operations: ➡️ Applying our 9 life-saving rules for high-risk activities: clear, non-negotiable standards designed to prevent serious accidents ➡️ Taking a dedicated “safety minute” before each task to assess risks and verify site conditions ➡️ Ensuring everyone has both the right and the responsibility to stop a task if something is not safe ➡️ Encouraging shared vigilance: speaking up, identifying weak signals, and looking out for one another We are also strengthening our approach to mental health, with structured detection tools, stronger managerial involvement, and systematic learning from serious situations. Through our One Safety program, we ensure these practices are applied consistently across all teams and geographies, with a clear goal: No life at risk. No mind at risk. No asset at risk. Because safety is not an add-on to our work; it is an integral part of it. #WithENGIE

Procurement translates ambition into execution ⚡ In a world of geopolitical uncertainty, energy remains at the top of the agenda. The energy transition requires supply chain solutions that reinforce sovereignty, respect climate and resources, and offer both affordable and flexible energy. Beyond providing performance, procurement is now one of our strategic levers. ENGIE builds long-term relationships with our key partners to secure resilient supply chain and deliver on our ambition to be the best energy transition utility. With €18bn in external spend across infrastructure and equipment, ENGIE works with a diverse supplier ecosystem, from small businesses to large international players. Given our scale and global footprint, ENGIE raises industrial standards while driving decarbonization across its upstream value chain. Our goal is clear: become the “customer of choice” for top-tier suppliers through long-term collaboration and high-performance standards: ➡️ Competitiveness over time. We look for partners who are competitive not once, but sustainably. ➡️ Resilience, transparency and mutual growth. In a fast-evolving energy market, we consider security of supply as a shared responsibility. ➡️ Digital, innovation and transformation. Automation, digitalization and innovation drive performance and value creation. ➡️ Responsible procurement focused on decarbonization, human impact and inclusion. Last year, we exceeded our commitment to increase spend with inclusive suppliers in France by 30% with results more than doubling over the last three years and recently renewed our commitment with a new three year engagement. This week, we welcomed over 90 strategic partners and 350 participants to the ENGIE Campus for our Supplier Day 2026 edition. The event featured presentations on: - Our strategy and ambition, with CEO Catherine Fiamma MacGregor - Our first priority : safety, with Group Health & Safety VP Sonia Nouri - Our Campus and our people, with EVP in charge of Human Resources Jean-Sebastien Blanc - Our expectations for partnership, with SVP & Chief Procurement Officer Aurélia TREMBLAYE and SEVP in charge of Renewable and Flexible Power Paulo Almirante Thank you to our suppliers for their presence, participation and continued commitment to excellence! #WithENGIE
