𝗠𝗔𝗠𝗠𝗔 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗜 𝘅 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗘 When a trattoria from Puglia meets Paris — something special happens. On 26 May, we're welcoming Chef Stefano D'Onghia and Botteghe Antiche to Mamma Primi for a four-hands dinner celebrating tradition, transmission, and the authentic flavours of Puglia. On the menu: a chilled beef heart tomato cream, tagliatelle al ragù with a Parmigiano Reggiano siphon, and a sfoglia e ricotta with griotte cherry coulis. For one evening, Putignano lands in the Batignolles. This is what we love most about Big Mamma: opening our kitchens to the people and places that inspired us in the first place. 📍 Mamma Primi, Paris 📅 26 May

Big Mamma Group is an Italian restaurant company founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger, with one simple dream: changing people's lives with food. We serve 100% homemade dishes, made with ingredients sourced directly from small Italian producers — think Prosciutto di Parma from Stefano Borchini, San Marzano tomatoes from Paolo Ruggiero, flour from Antimo Caputo… and the list goes on. Everything is served in jaw-dropping spaces, at fair prices, and always with a huge smile. From our very first trattoria in Paris to over 35 locations across Europe today, our Squadra has grown to more than 2,700 talents, and the squadra keeps growing. Where to find us: 🇫🇷 France: 8 trattorias in Paris + 1 food market, Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, 1 osteria in Rive Gauche 🇮🇹 Italy: 1 osteria in Milan 🇪🇸 Spain: 3 trattoria in Madrid, 1 osteria and 1 trattoria in Barcelona 🇬🇧 UK: 7 trattorias in London, Manchester, Birmingham 🇧🇪 Belgium: Brussels 🇩🇪 Germany: Munich, Berlin, Hamburg 🇲🇨 Monaco: Monte-Carlo 🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates: 1 osteria in Dubai We also launched Napoli Gang, our digital food brand, in 2020 — delivering the same crazy love for Italian food straight to your door. But food is only half the story. Our real mission? Changing people’s lives with food. That means putting people first — guests and team members alike. We believe hospitality can be a real career, not just a student job. We’re committed to building an inclusive and inspiring workplace where talents grow, evolve, and shape the future of the industry. In 2023, we became a proud B-Corp, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and human-driven growth. Big Mamma is not just a restaurant group. It’s a movement made of passion, purpose, and a lot of pasta.

#MaisonsdesfemmesRestart #Partage

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲! ❤️ This past weekend, our terrace at Coccodrillo transformed into something truly special: a vibrant 'Mercatino' where we gave our beautiful vintage ceramics a second life. We poured coffees all morning, served up freshly made cannoli on the house, and shared an incredible energy with everyone who stopped by. Best of all? Every single euro from our coffee sales went directly to support the amazing work of PROimmun e.V. ❤️ But the real magic behind this day was our incredible squad. From collecting the crockery and setting up the terrace, to hosting, selling, baking, and creating that signature Big Mamma atmosphere—every detail mattered, and everyone pitched in. A huge GRAZIE to our team for putting so much heart into making this happen, and to all our guests who came out to support a great cause and take a piece of Coccodrillo home with them.

𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 Manuel ! ❤️ When Reporter Gourmet and the Consorzio del formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano ask to step into your kitchen to talk about Italian excellence, you know you’re doing something right. After years working abroad, Manuel returned to Italy to lead the incredible team at Gloria Osteria Milano. In this interview, he shares a bit about that journey and his vision for our menu. We are so proud to see his talent recognized. We’ll let the video do the rest of the talking, fully Italian of course. Enjoy! 👇

𝑪𝑰𝑨𝑶 𝑩𝑬𝑹𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑶 - 𝑰𝑻 𝑯𝑨𝑺 𝑩𝑬𝑬𝑵 𝑨 𝑾𝑯𝑰𝑳𝑬! 👋 We are thrilled to announce that 𝑷𝑨𝑴𝑬𝑳𝑨 is officially opening its doors at Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin’s most iconic square. Step into a time machine and land straight in 1980s Milan. Think 4-meter Murano glass chandeliers, mirrored ceilings, and an electric atmosphere where every guest feels like the star of their own movie. 🎬 Our Chef Chiara is leading the charge in the open kitchen, elevating beloved favorites with playful twists—think modern Saltimbocca and the show-stopping Choco Clap Clap. Pair that with a wine list featuring rare vintages and magnums, and you have the quintessential Big Squadra experience. It’s never too early for an aperitivo. See you at the bar? 🍸 BEGINNING OF SUMMER 2026

𝐑𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐬, 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐨. 🏔️ At Big Mamma, we don’t just look for ingredients; we look for stories. Last Friday, our Executive Chef (and Bergamo native) Alberto Suardi took us back to his roots in Città Alta for a very special collaboration with our long-time partner, Latteria Sociale di Branzi 1953. The star of the show? 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐀𝐥𝐩 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞. It’s a "rare nugget" from a tiny, rugged alpine pasture—a complex, challenging, and rewarding cheese that very few people ever get to handle. In this video, Chef Alberto transforms this tradition into two signature dishes: The Appertizer: Bergamasque scarola with a 24-month aged Camisolo. The Main: Traditional "Casoncelli" in a fondue of 12-month aged Camisolo and wild yarrow. Passion, territory, and a bit of Big Mamma flair. Watch the full video to see how we bring the mountains to the plate. 👇

DA NAPOLI A PARIGI For more than ten years, we’ve been bringing Neapolitan talent from Naples to Paris, with dozens of team members who have helped shape our restaurants and our identity. This time, we’re bringing something else: a piece of the city itself. On March 12th, Trattoria Nennella will take over Pizzeria Popolare for one night. A collaboration initiated by us and built with them, rooted in a shared energy and a common way of living hospitality. At Big Mamma, our story has always been about connections between cities, cultures and teams. Sometimes that happens through careers and internal mobility. Sometimes through recipes. And sometimes by inviting an institution from Naples to bring its spirit directly to Paris. Michele Monte

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧! It was 2019 when we crossed the Channel and set foot in East London, with one big dream: bringing a little bit of Capri’s sunshine to a leafy corner of Great Eastern Street. We will always remember our first days in Shoreditch with a big smile. We couldn’t be more grateful for the warm welcome we received, and it didn’t take long to fall in love with the city and make new British friends! Gloria is now 7 years old, and to honour its birthday and Big Mamma’s 10th anniversary (isn’t that crazy?!) the squadra is celebrating by bringing back to the menu, one of the most loved and iconic dishes from our golden days: our 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟎-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚! We’re talking layers of homemade pasta with ragù alla Bolognese, bechamel, Parmigiano and mozzarella fior di latte. A slice of heaven, basically. Whether you’re a longtime friend of Gloria or meeting us for the first time, this is your chance to taste a true classic. A huge Grazie for your support and amore.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫, 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 — 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐑&𝐃. The week after, our R&D cycle continues at La Felicità, with a dedicated Atelier focused on cocktails. A moment where our bar teams come together to test new recipes, work on balance and techniques, and explore ingredients and pairings. An opportunity to step away from service, exchange know-how and collectively shape the next chapter of our drink menus. At Big Mamma, R&D is not limited to the kitchen. It’s part of how we grow talent, encourage experimentation and build a shared culture across food and beverage.
