Please welcome Najwa Kalem who's joining Kontorva as Business Development & Marketing Trainee, who comes to us from IAE Lille - School of Management in France 🇫🇷. Najwa joins our #Tallinn office based at Tehnopol, bringing multilingual research capability across French (native), Italian, Spanish and English; prior international project management experience with Youth for Development and Sustainable Goals in Varna, Bulgaria - partnerships, stakeholder coordination, and event delivery; editorial and translation work with La Voix du Nord and Médiathèque de Roubaix; and a Bachelor's in International Management at IAE Lille - School of Management. At #Kontorva, Najwa will contribute to RentPassport EU, our tenant screening and verification platform for European rental markets - supporting competitor and regulatory intelligence work across #France 🇫🇷, #Italy 🇮🇹 and #Spain 🇪🇸 ahead of the EU AI Act high-risk obligations going live in August 2026. We have officially joined the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With a background that combines rigorous scientific training and applied computational thinking, he represents the kind of deep technical capability we value as we continue building high-integrity data and intelligence systems. At Kontorva, Daniele will contribute to strengthening the analytical and technical foundations behind the platforms and infrastructure we are developing across multiple domains. His work will support our continued focus on building systems that are precise, reliable, and designed for long-term impact. Kontorva is evolving. Not as a rebrand, but through deliberate narrowing. We began by working closely with product leaders to deliver complex software systems. That work still matters. It shaped how we think about engineering, accountability, and real-world constraints. Over time, a pattern became clear. The highest leverage did not come from one-off delivery. It came from systems that compound - software that remains in use, improves with time, and carries its own continuity. Alongside client work, our engineers were building internal platforms to support our own decisions: market intelligence, registry depth, portfolio signals, and trust infrastructure. These systems evolved faster, retained institutional knowledge, and held context across cycles. That clarity mattered. Kontorva is now organised around building and operating software products, close to the data and the decisions they support. Engineering remains central, but more intentional. We continue to work with enterprise clients where the engagement involves long-lived systems, sustained context, or shared ownership, rather than one-off transactional delivery. This evolution coincides with relocating our leadership base to Helsinki, Finland, while maintaining Tallinn, Estonia as a core operational and engineering anchor, reflecting where our work is heading, not where it began.
