Project Manager – Aerospace / UAV / Space Programs

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cutting-edge engineering and industrialization projects within the Aerospace, Drone/UAV, and Space sectors. This is an opportunity to work on highly innovative technologies alongside multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

🚀 Lead multiple technical projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.

🚀 Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, industrialization, logistics, and flight operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

🚀 Manage project planning, scheduling, resources, and risk mitigation activities.

🚀 Oversee testing, validation, qualification, and implementation of corrective actions where required.

🚀 Act as the technical interface for clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and ensuring project expectations are met.

🚀 Support proposal and tender activities, including technical input and cost estimation.

🚀 Drive continuous improvement across production workflows and industrialization processes.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Industrialization, or Program Management within a high-tech engineering environment.

✔️ Strong experience in at least one of the following sectors:

• Aerospace
• Drones / UAVs
• Space

✔️ Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.

✔️ Proven experience managing complex technical projects from development through to production and testing.

✔️ Strong understanding of industrialization processes, manufacturing workflows, testing, and logistics operations.

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✔️ Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.

✔️ Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
