Panoram Hotel Spain, a hotel management company operating an expanding portfolio of properties in Spain and Italy under internationally recognized brands such as Hilton, IHG and Accor, is currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and consolidation. We are looking to incorporate a Portfolio Operations Manager to join our corporate offices in Madrid. This role will be responsible for driving operational and financial performance across the assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring full compliance with brand standards, and reporting directly to the Portfolio Management Director.



Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and optimize the operational performance of the hotels within the assigned region.
  • Lead, support and develop Hotel General Managers, acting as a strategic partner and mentor.
  • Implement and ensure consistent compliance with corporate and brand operational standards.
  • Drive financial performance: cost control, KPI analysis and sustained GOP growth.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting and CAPEX planning processes.
  • Coordinate communication and alignment with international brands, ownership and key stakeholders.
  • Support and oversee special projects including openings and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards and the company’s ESG policies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, manage operational risks and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Promote a strong operational culture aligned with the company’s values and strategic vision.


Requirements


  • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hotel Management Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel General Manager (regional or multi‑property hotel operations roles highly valued)
  • Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager within an international brand (highly valued).
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis, KPI management and budgeting.
  • Demonstrable experience in hotels with F&B outlets
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing and influencing multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational focus and results orientation.
  • High adaptability, decision‑making skills and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned hotel portfolio.
  • High level of English; Italian is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with office tools and hotel management systems (OPERA, PEP, Ulyses, etc.).
  • Experience with opening processes
  • Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time
  • Based in Madrid or Barcelona
