Social Media Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Demonstrate strong project management skills, with a data-driven mindset focused on measuring and optimizing campaign success.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media Creatives to deliver platform-specific user experiences that resonate with each audience.
• Own and execute monthly editorial calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strategic content planning across channels.
• Manage multiple social media platforms across European markets, applying deep knowledge of local trends, audience insights, and cultural nuances.
• Drive content performance by crafting innovative engagement strategies tailored to each platform’s unique dynamics.
• Work cross-functionally with content, strategy, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with KPIs and deliver measurable impact.
• Support live events on-site, managing real-time social media content to amplify engagement and brand presence.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, integrating fresh ideas into social strategies to build active, engaged communities.
• Analyze social media performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve results.
  
  

Your Profile

• Be a reliable team player with a proactive, forward-thinking attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• Bring 3–4 years of experience in social media and agency environments, with a solid understanding of digital communication.
• Communicate fluently in English and German, with strong business language skills.
• Demonstrate proven project management skills within an advertising agency, including managing client expectations and overseeing the delivery and publishing of social media assets.
• Showcase experience in managing multi-market social media setups, ensuring consistent channel operations and audience alignment across diverse regions.
• Have hands-on experience with Emplifi and/or Sprinklr, supporting efficient social media planning, publishing, and reporting.
• Possess deep expertise in the social media ecosystem, from strategic development to community engagement and performance analysis.
• Be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools, capable of creating impactful presentations and data-driven reports.
• Open to business travel, supporting client needs and campaign execution on-site.
