Health Safety Environment Coordinator

The Challenge

Pipeline projects are essential to society’s sustainable development, economic progress, and long-term resilience.

The Project

As part of the installation of a pipeline located southwest of Bremen, we are looking for an EHS Supervisor to support the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

-Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and project requirements

-Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits during construction activities

-Monitor contractors’ compliance with safe working practices and permit-to-work procedures

-Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions

-Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions

-Support incident investigations and prepare related reports

-Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors

-Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, excavation, hot works, and confined space entry

-Coordinate with site management and client representatives on HSE matters

-Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting records

Required Skills & Experience

-Over 5 years of experience in EHS supervision within construction or industrial projects

-Good knowledge of German health and safety regulations

-Fluent in German and English

-Experience in linear construction projects or pipeline works

-Strong communication and coordination skills

-Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced site environment
