You will take full ownership of our programmatic video, CTV, online video, and paid social campaigns, while at the same time developing a real understanding of how AI tools can automate the way we work. You're someone who gets things done, thinks ahead, and wants to help build something.
Tasks
Campaign management
Hands-on management and optimisation of Programmatic Video, Connected TV (CTV), and Online Video campaigns via DSP platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk or equivalent)
Daily performance monitoring, bid adjustments, and budget pacing
Management and optimisation of CTV inventory across streaming publishers (Netflix, Disney+, DAZN and others) and programmatic video environments
Management of Paid Social video campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
Implement tracking, maintaining consistent campaign naming conventions and taxonomy across all channels and markets
Developing data-informed media plans including performance forecasts based on campaign learnings and market opportunities — with concrete channel, budget, and format recommendations
Building performance reports and translating data into clear recommendations
AI & process automation
Spotting repetitive, manual tasks in our day-to-day media work and implementing first automations using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Zapier or similar)
Contributing to the build-out of our AI-powered media infrastructure: briefing templates, automated reporting, data-driven optimisation logic
Bringing your own ideas: where can AI save us time? What should be automated? What stays human?
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in digital media management with a clear focus on Programmatic Video, CTV, and/or Online Video.
Hands-on experience with at least one DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk or equivalent) and working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
Working understanding of video inventory, auction mechanics, and CTV-specific characteristics (publisher deals, frequency capping, viewability).
Comfortable with core video and media KPIs (CPM, Reach, Frequency, Brand Lift, CTR, CPV, CPA).
Genuine curiosity about AI and automation — you don't need to be a developer, but you should actively be exploring new tools.
Structured, self-driven working style with a natural drive to improve how things work.
Good English; German is a plus.
Nice-to-have
First-hand experience using AI tools in your daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar).
Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Tableau).
Experience with Paid Social video (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
Basic knowledge of ad server systems.
First exposure to publisher deal management (PMP, direct deals).
