We are excited to celebrate a special milestone: Maximilian, Hinnerk, Thore and Anna have successfully completed their 3.5-year dual study program with PEAC Solutions.   Over the past years, they have combined academic learning with hands-on experience across our organization, continuously growing, taking on responsibility and contributing to our teams along the way.   In close cooperation with our partner NORDAKADEMIE Hochschule der Wirtschaft, this reflects what dual studies are all about: connecting theory and practice while preparing young talent for the realities of business.   We are especially proud that all four will continue their careers with us in new roles – find out more about their next steps in the slideshow. We’re at IFAT in Munich next week, the world’s leading trade fair for environmental technologies, focusing on water, recycling, circularity and raw‑materials management.   Investments in these areas require flexible financing solutions that take the decision‑making frameworks of public authorities into account. After three years of balancing theory and practice, I am happy to share that I have officially graduated as a dual student and am now transitioning into a permanent member of the team. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at NORDAKADEMIE Hochschule der Wirtschaft with a final grade of 1.5, an achievement I am incredibly proud of. These past few years have been an amazing ride - from an unforgettable semester abroad at University of North Carolina Wilmington to the hands-on experience of dual studies. A significant highlight was my Bachelor thesis on refinancing structures at PEAC Solutions Europe. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Markus Rickertsen for his mentorship and guidance throughout this process. The journey continues! 🚀 I am thrilled to stay on board at PEAC Solutions Europe, officially starting my new role as Partner Development Manager in International Vendor Management. A big thank you to Patrick Perquy for the trust and for the opportunity to take this next step. I am excited to dive into international sales and contribute to our team's success. They tell you not to completely pivot your career in your mid-twenties. I didn't listen. Trading professional racing yachts and the Mediterranean Sea for a blank slate in tech was terrifying. But at 29, I can confidently say that taking a leap into a completely new direction was 100% worth it. I have officially completed my dual study program in Business Informatics at the NORDAKADEMIE Hochschule der Wirtschaft with a final grade of 1.7! 🎓 And today marks day one of an exciting new chapter: I am incredibly proud to announce that I am starting my absolute dream role at PEAC Solutions Europe as Transformation Manager, AI & Innovation. 💡 A huge thank you to PEAC Solutions Europe for sharing my vision and trusting me enough to create a brand-new, tailor-made role just for me. I am especially grateful to step into this position under the leadership of Tobias Weiß. Tobi, having your personal backing and seeing how genuinely invested you've been in my growth over this past year has truly meant the world to me. This position lets me focus on what I truly love: the people. Because real transformation is less about the technology or AI itself, and much more about taking everyone along for the ride. I can't wait to empower my colleagues, spark their curiosity, and make these new tools approachable and exciting for all of us. Of course, a transition like this is never a solo mission. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to my supervisors and mentors who guided, challenged, and supported me over the last 3.5 years: Jörn Große, Debora Riebesell, Tom Wimmerstedt, Lars Wenner, Sandra Heidenreich and Marleen Hinzmann. Without your support, advice, and trust, reaching this point simply wouldn't have been possible. Reflecting on these past 3.5 years, I also want to highlight my fellow "dualis": Anna Hansen, Maximilian Schichtel and Thore Weber. We walked this unique path together, shared the heavy workloads and the great laughs, and over time, what started as a study group turned into very close and hopefully lifelong friendships. Thank you for making this time so unforgettable! On a deeply personal note, my most heartfelt thank you belongs to my wonderful wife, Julia Karoline Siemsen. You have been my quiet strength and my constant anchor throughout this entire journey. Thank you for your endless patience during all those late nights of studying, for your unwavering belief in me, and for simply being by my side through every up and down. This milestone is truly as much yours as it is mine. ❤️ I couldn't be more excited for the years ahead and can’t wait to continue building the future alongside my fantastic colleagues.
