The PPWR is no longer theoretical. From 12 August 2026, every packaging type placed on the EU market needs a signed Declaration of Conformity (DoC) - backed by complete Technical Documentation. And if your brand is on the packaging, the legal responsibility sits with you. ⚠️ There is no grace period. Packaging placed on the EU market after 12 August 2026 without a valid DoC is non-compliant - and national authorities can require it to be withdrawn or recalled. With supplier data collection, internal sign-off, and one DoC required per packaging type (which often means hundreds across a portfolio), most teams need to be in motion now. ♻️ And the DoC is just the foundation: the same data structure powers everything coming after - harmonized labelling in 2028, recyclability grades and recycled content quotas in 2030, and tighter rules through 2038. Join us for a focused session on the most urgent PPWR question: how to build, maintain, and scale Declarations of Conformity before August - with a live look at how Packa makes it work. 📅 June 3, 2026 · 11:00 CET 🎙️ Baptiste Grüss (Research ESG Manager) & Dominik Rosenkranz (Head of Product) What you can expect: ✅ DoC + Technical Documentation, properly explained: Article 39 & Annexes VII/VIII, who signs, who's liable ✅ Keeping documentation current as packaging, suppliers, and standards change ✅ Live Packa demo: closing the supplier data gap, generating compliant DoCs, sharing them with stakeholders ✅ The bigger PPWR picture: labelling 2028, recyclability grades and recycled content quotas 2030, and the path to 2038 ✅ Practical next steps to make compliance scalable across your entire portfolio Note: This webinar will be held in English Register now for free 👉 https://lnkd.in/dHJYJmyu
