Nagarro team showcased a Retail Execution use case — demonstrating how a voice-based AI Agent can act as an intelligent companion for field sales reps during store visits. The agent helps reps ensure planogram and promotion compliance in real time, identify stock gaps and trigger replenishment orders on the spot, and have more meaningful conversations — turning every store visit from a manual checklist exercise into a smart, agent-assisted engagement.
