The anniversary machine - an L 550 XPower with a special dark blue paint finish and exclusive decals - is going to STORK Umweltdienste GmbH, a customer, partner and development companion that has trusted our technology for more than three decades. As Peter Schachinger, Director of Production and Operations, puts it: “The 100,000th Liebherr wheel loader is more than just an impressive figure. We recently took a closer look at the numbers across our group and at the stories behind them. One of them comes from our site in Rostock, Germany. It tells of colleagues who started here as apprentices or students and are still shaping Liebherr today. 18.1% 💛 That means nearly every fifth employee you meet there has been part of the team since day one. Bronze on the world stage 🏓 We congratulate the DTTB women’s team! A special moment at the Table Tennis World Championships in London: The German women’s team secured the bronze medal – 100 years after the first World Championships were held at the same venue. As Official Partner of the ITTF and team sponsor, we congratulate coach Tamara Boros and her team on this outstanding achievement. With a strong quarterfinal win against Hong Kong, the DTTB women claimed only their fourth World Championship medal in post war history – and another podium finish in recent years. Strong performances also came from the German men’s team and the Austrian national squads, all supported by us, highlighting the depth and competitiveness of European table tennis.
