Most engineering tools require an IT ticket before you can open them. This one runs in your browser. The EASY System Designer is free, web-based, and always up to date. No installation, no license costs, no version management. Open a browser tab. Start sizing. The tool covers everything from single-axis drive sizing to complete machine planning and cloud collaboration without setup time standing between you and the first result. Start now 👉 https://hubs.ly/Q04gWMcH0 or contact our expert Olaf Götz

The gap between drive sizing and PLC programming is where project time disappears. The EASY System Designer connects both ends of the workflow. Validated drive sizing feeds directly into the EASY Product Finder for ordering, and complete project structures transfer to the PLC Designer for software development. No manual re-entry. No data loss between steps. One continuous design chain from first concept to automation. Learn more here 👉 https://hubs.ly/Q04h3Dm_0 or contact our expert @Olaf Götz.

Last day at Interpack 2026, the machines are still running. If you haven't made it to hall 6, stand D50 yet, today is the day. Inline robotics running pick-and-place without cycle interruption. Sensorless drive performance head-to-head with closed-loop. Both live, both running until the doors close. Our team is here, and the conversation does not have to end today. Visit us in hall 6, stand D50.

Upgrading a drive platform with Lenze doesn’t mean starting from scratch. It means building on what already works. That was the focus of Lenze Singapore’s customer seminars in Jakarta and Bandung. Engineers discussed concrete next steps from Lenze 8200 and 8400 frequency drives as well as 9300 and 9400 servo drives to i550 and i950. More than 30 companies joined. The sessions were practical and technical: real migration scenarios, live demos, and open discussions. 🔹 i550 – compact design with reduced engineering effort 🔹 i950 – parameterization instead of programming for faster commissioning 🔹 Scalable architectures across fieldbus and feedback systems Together with partner PT. Meshindo Jayatama, Sanjay Wele, Wilman Hadi and ALNOFRI ALNOFRI presented concrete migration examples. The key takeaway: machine builders want an upgrade path that is realistic, transparent, and investment‑safe. Explore our drive portfolio👉 https://lnkd.in/exSKpPhg

Two weeks to a running machine. In end-of-line packaging, that's not luck. It's the right integration foundation. Imball's Wrap 15 case packer runs up to 30 cartons per minute, with precise format changes, robot-integrated handling, and axis of motion powered by Lenze. For the Wrap 15, synchronized motion across flexible robot cycles was the engineering challenge. Using Lenze's open robotics template and direct support from the Bologna team, the machine was up and running in two weeks. 🔹 Compact, robust drives made in Germany 🔹 Robotics templates: parameterization instead of programming 🔹 Synchronized motion at up to 30 cartons/min Motion enabled by Lenze 📍 Hall 6 / D50 See it live at the Imball booth 👉 Hall 14 / B02.

Most people assume sensorless means less precision. It doesn't. In hall 6, stand D50, Rune Friis-Knutzen and Tobias Vogtherr run the same load on two configurations — one with encoder, one without. Same drive, same dynamics, different architecture. The i650 motec delivers up to 300% overload from standstill and recovers braking energy back into the system. Not into heat. Servo-like dynamics. Frequency drive costs. interpack 2026 — come see it running live in hall 6, stand D50.
