Was für ein Abschluss! Letzte Woche ist unser letztes Projekt für Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge live gegangen. Nach 8 Jahren, die mich vielleicht mehr geprägt haben als vieles andere in meinen mehr als 20 Jahren Agenturleben. Und ich könnte mir kaum ein schöneres Ende vorstellen als die Staffel 2 unserer Mockumentary „Läuft bei Maxi“. Denn genau diese Art von Projekten ist, was ich liebe – nicht perfekt, aber echt. Aus dem Team entstanden. Schnell und einfach umgesetzt. Mit viel Begeisterung, Leidenschaft und Energie. Ein bisschen Chaos. Und vor allem: Herzblut von allen Beteiligten. Als Abschluss haben wir noch etwas ganz Besonderes vorbereitet. Ganz viel Spaß mit meinem persönlichen Highlight! 🌟 Ich hoffe euch hat die zweite Staffel von „Läuft bei Maxi“ genau so gut gefallen wie mir.   Ein großes Dankeschön geht an der Stelle noch einmal an die interone und das mitwirkende Team von Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge. Over the past weeks, our OPM Germany leadership team has been visiting all of our six offices as part of the Campfire Chats – a dialogue format designed to foster open conversation. The first stops were Hamburg and Düsseldorf, followed by visits to Gerlingen (Stuttgart) and Frankfurt, before the series concluded in Berlin and Munich. At every location, the goal was the same: to listen, to understand what matters most to the teams on site, and to give employees the opportunity to meet the leadership team, learn more about the joint vision of OPM Germany and raise their questions directly. Just as important were the informal get-togethers afterwards. Moments over Bratwurst, pizza or drinks that made it easier to connect beyond roles and titles. The Campfire Chats may be over, but the dialogue continues. The leadership team consisting of Andreas Reichl, Annabelle Jenisch, Boris Terwey, Christian Weber, Jana Fidel, Max Orgeldinger and Wolfgang Kaller will keep spending time across all OPM Germany locations, turning the impulses from these conversations into further actions. Because building a new organization only works if we shape it together.

✨ 6 Monate Praktikum, ein eigenes Projekt und extrem viel gelernt! ✨ In meinem Praktikum im Project Management bei interone (jetzt Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany) durfte ich an spannenden Projekten für die BMW Group mitarbeiten – von der Planung über die Koordination bis zur Umsetzung. Teilweise konnte ich sogar eigene Kundenbereiche, darunter BMW M, eigenständig betreuen. Ein Highlight war unser internes Praktikumsprojekt: Wir Praktikanten haben ein komplettes Projekt von der Konzeption bis zur finalen Umsetzung eigenverantwortlich umgesetzt – eine Erfahrung, die mir gezeigt hat, wie wichtig Teamarbeit, Struktur und Eigeninitiative sind. Neben klassischen PM-Aufgaben habe ich außerdem meine Kenntnisse in Strategie, UX/UI, Content-Erstellung und Prozessoptimierung weiter ausgebaut. Danke an das gesamte Team für das Vertrauen und die tolle Zusammenarbeit! 🤍 Ich freue mich, meine Arbeit nun als Werkstudent bei Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany fortzusetzen.

How might we bring AI to life on our website, within the app, other touchpoints and in the background to deliver faster results to our customers and improve their customer journeys? How might we simplify, personalise and automate necessary steps and actions? On Monday, we answered these questions in a diverse team from E.ON Next and interone in London, bringing the knowledge of Tech, CX, eCommerce, Strategy and Product Design to the table - or should I better say: to the window with sticky notes? After a very insightful review of our commercial metrics and journey drop-off points, Anna Zimmermann and l led an inspiration session showing industry best practices and benchmarks to set the foundation for our ideation session. While we did focus on AI-based projects, we were not doing AI for the sake of it - instead, we realised that many of our ideas are possible to realise without it, but further enhanced and enabled by it. Core user needs have not changed by adding AI to the calculation. New channels like agentic AI and GEO will need to answer the same questions as before. For me, the key to successful CX stays to always focus on the user pain points first and connect them to the commercial metrics to show the business impact of great digital products. Innovation has many faces and many of them are female. Numerous brilliant women have shaped the tech world with their ideas and expertise, and continue to do so today. On the occasion of yesterdays International Women’s Day, we’re introducing six of them: 💻 Ada Lovelace, known as the world's first programmer, had visions of machine algorithm processing 100 years before the first computer was invented. Although she developed the first algorithm, her contribution was largely unrecognized for a long time. [R1] 💻 Hedy Lamarr, Hollywood icon and inventor, laid the foundation for communication technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth during World War II. [R2] 💻 Mary Wilkes, who was responsible for the development of operating systems and concepts, is the reason we have personal computers today. She was one of the first to use a PC at home before it became commonplace, paving the way for modern computer technologies. [R3] 💻 Carol Shaw is considered one of the first female video game developers. She became known for her work at Atari in the 1970s and was the first woman to be hired there as a “Microprocessor Software Engineer.” She worked on several notable games for the Atari 2600 console. [R4] 💻 Radia Perlman is a computer scientist and a key figure in networking technology. Often referred to as the “Mother of the Internet,” she developed the groundbreaking Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) in the 1980s. It is essential for efficient and reliable networks, as it prevents loops in Ethernet structures. Without STP, it would not be possible to operate large, stable computer networks. [R5] 💻 Kimberly Bryant is an electrical engineer who became aware of the lack of support for African American girls interested in computer technology through her daughter. To close this gap and give them the opportunity to thrive in the tech world, she founded the nonprofit organization Black Girls Code. [R6] The impact of women in technology didn’t end with these pioneers. Even in today’s age of artificial intelligence, women continue to shape the future of tech. For example, Fei-Fei Li is a Chinese-American computer scientist and known as the “Godmother of AI.” She developed the ImageNet, which can train AI by using a huge image database. Her work laid on one of the most important foundations for the modern AI revolution. [R7] On the annual #InternationalWomensDay on March 8, the spotlight is not only on these selected women, but on all women and girls. Arbeitsweg kann auch ein Benefit sein. Wenn ich im Büro bin, steige ich meistens an den Landungsbrücken aus. Direkt am Hafen und dementsprechend fotogen. Möwen, Schiffe, manchmal Nebel über der Elbe, manchmal Sonne. Home Office hat seine Vorteile, keine Frage. Aber ich genieße den Arbeitsweg als bewusste Auszeit, um morgens den Kopf freizubekommen.
