🏗️ Magnum Site Osnabrück: Funding secured for sustainable transformation Great news for Osnabrück: #GMHRealEstate has been awarded funding of €6,134,277.43 for the revitalization of the Magnum site. The project is co-financed by the European Union and the State of Lower Saxony. Over the coming years, a forward-looking and sustainable urban district will be developed on the approximately 15-hectare former industrial site. The goal is to transform a currently unused brownfield into a vibrant space for living, working, and innovation. 🔹 Key elements of the project include: • approx. 800 residential units • around 3,000 jobs • extensive green and open spaces • innovative uses in production, research, and sustainability The project makes an important contribution to urban regeneration, reducing land consumption, and climate-friendly city development. At the same time, contaminated land will be remediated and the area will be ecologically and structurally upgraded.
