They pause for days while a customer signs, while a document arrives, while an external system replies. Developer-first is AI-first. Yesterday we told you. Today we showed you. 🛠️ Bernd Ruecker and Bastian Koerber took the main stage this morning, for the last keynote of CamundaCon 2026. They went into the substance of ProcessOS. What it actually is. How it actually works. And what it means for the enterprises building on it right now. The live demo made it concrete with a problem most enterprises know well: a retailer struggling with delivery exceptions handled manually, which is slow, inconsistent and frustrating for everyone involved. The brief from the Head of Operations was simple: "Delivery exceptions are killing us. Get something working we can show the team." With ProcessOS, that brief becomes a running, re-engineered and AI-native process. Every run makes the next one smarter as the knowledge base grows.
