Berlin Packaging APAC is seeking a sales elite with 5+ years expertise in Personal care & Beauty packaging to join a global company with sales exceeding $3.5 billion, aiming to drive rapid growth in this sector for our sales team in the Asia-Pacific region. The position requires a candidate with extensive industry, market and product experience, coupled with strong self-motivation and adaptability. The role is that of a senior sales manager. 👍 Responsibilities: 1. Organize and cooperate with all aspects of personal and the company's resources, work with E-commerce team to improve the company's independent website under the requirements of the superior, and subsequent regular maintenance and updates over the products and contents. 2. Submit the cost budget of all promotion channels and the effect prediction, within the budget and under the guidance of leaders to lead the sales actions. 3. Classify and analyze the target or potential customers, consider the possibility and conditions of transaction, and specify the development plan and strategy for approval. 4. Communicate with all horizontal departments, take the lead in dealing with all aspects of relationships and processes to develop and push new customers and projects. 5. Make sales plan and list the resources and measures required to achieve the sales goal. Highly responsible for personal goal and task. 6. Accept and follow the requirements of the BPC's post responsibilities, and follow the company's culture and management and local rules and Law. 7. Actively cooperate and strictly implement the company's strategies 💫 Essential qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience: l University graduated in international economics & trade, Marketing , E-commerce or equivalent; Excellent English listensing, speaking, reading and writing skills. l 5+ years sales experience over Personal care& Beauty packaging. l Possess excellent individual combat capability to develop customer and market, and strong team leadership skills. l Proficient in using all kinds of office software, include Excel, word, PPT and more. l Highly motivated with the ability to initiate, grow and drive changes in a diverse cross-geographic & cross-cultural environment. Always serve goal and task with high dedication, pay attention to collective honor, and actively pursue the realization of personal value in team, in company. l Exposure to consumer behavior/ market research/ brand building initiatives would be desirable
