Awesome Team, best in my 30 year career.

Just wanted to share some of our moments from our 2025 Team Day activities in Niagara Falls Ontario. Our team is what makes us all great. I get to call myself the lead of this amazing group of people and I could not be prouder. I struggled to have to pick only 5 individuals for awards, I would rather of had 50. Instead I chose 5 people who dont normally recognize themselves as the ones that shine above others. Award for Best Collaborator - Andrew Young Award for Best Team Leader - Brian Licata Award for Most Reliable Teammate - Ted Koch Award for Best Mentor - Ernie Lowell Award for Unsung Hero - Thomas Mason I am looking forward to 2026 and what this team will bring to our organization and to their customers and peers.

Proud moment as we wrap up an incredible year at our company wide staff meeting in Niagara Falls. I am very proud of this sales team and what they accomplished together in 2025. The results speak for themselves, but what matters just as much is the dedication, teamwork, and professionalism shown every single day. Thank you all for the effort you put in for our customers, for each other, and for the company.
