Last week at Hagen, we hosted a Connected Workplace Training session focused on communication and ways of working. The goal was simple. Sharpen how we collaborate, reduce friction, and make it easier for teams to move faster and work smarter. We explored practical ways to choose the right channel, stay aligned, and keep information clear and accessible across teams. And because these conversations land better when they’re engaging, we kept things light with a Friends-inspired twist along the way. This is part of the learning culture we’re continuing to build at Hagen. Creating space to step back, refine how we work together, and continuously improve the day-to-day experience of collaboration. Small shifts in how we communicate can unlock a lot more than we think. *** Cette semaine chez Hagen, nous avons animé une session Connected Workplace axée sur la communication et nos façons de travailler. L’objectif était simple. Affiner notre collaboration, réduire les frictions et permettre aux équipes d’avancer plus rapidement et plus efficacement. Nous avons exploré des approches concrètes pour choisir le bon canal, rester alignés et garder l’information claire et accessible entre les équipes. Et parce que ces échanges sont toujours plus efficaces lorsqu’ils sont engageants, nous avons ajouté une touche légère inspirée de Friends.
