This week, we welcomed our summer interns and co-ops and kicked things off with a day of interactive experiences and sessions with leaders and colleagues. More than 250 students are joining us across Canada, bringing fresh perspectives, curiosity, and new energy to our organization. And we’re just getting started, with close to 120 more students set to join us in Boston next month. Embedded within teams across the business, our interns and co-ops will contribute, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact from day one. These experiences play an important role in helping us develop the next generation of leaders, and we’re excited to see what they’ll achieve.

As we wrap our first global Impact Week, I’m proud of the many ways Manulife colleagues around the world showed up for their communities. The care and talent across our team was on full display – with thousands of colleagues volunteering across more than 200 events worldwide to empower health, wealth, and longevity with meaningful local action. As part of Impact Week, I joined members of our team at a Toronto middle school coaching young people on JA Canada's Economics for Success financial literacy program. We shared our own experiences through interactive activities designed to build financial confidence for the future. I was around the same age as those students when I first began learning about money and seeing that same curiosity take shape throughout the day was powerful. Both of my parents were school teachers, and it was especially meaningful for me to meet so many educators who are committed to bringing lessons on money and financial literacy into the classroom. Thank you to every member of team Manulife who volunteered, and to the hundreds of charities, schools, and community organizations who welcomed us to support the important work they do every day.

We are proud to renew our partnership with Youth in Mind Foundation (Fondation Jeunes En Tête) through a three‑year commitment to support youth well‑being in Quebec. The Foundation is dedicated to preventing psychological distress among youth aged 11 to 18 across the province. Our support will help expand in‑school awareness workshops and develop practical tools for parents and school staff to better understand and support adolescent mental health. Aligned with the Manulife Longevity Institute, this partnership reinforces our long‑term commitment to mental well‑being and to supporting healthier futures for the next generation.

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make our first Impact Week a powerful expression of our shared commitment to community impact, and a proud milestone for our global team. #ManulifeImpact #ImpactWeek
