  • Every project we deliver starts with the same thing. The right people. Our team keeps getting stronger. New talent across the Island and the Lower Mainland, experienced hands stepping into bigger roles, and a culture that hasn't budged through any of it. That's not luck. That's who we are, and how we lead. F&H is growing. The standard isn't moving.

    • It's a group of individuals standing together against a plain white background, some dressed in casual attire while others wear more formal clothing. The group appears to be posing for a team or company photo.
    • Two people standing together against a plain background. One person is wearing a dark shirt and jeans, and has an arm around the other person, who is dressed in a blue shirt with gray pants.
    • Five people standing against a white backdrop.

Today we’re recognizing the incredible mothers across our crews, offices, and communities. Behind every long shift, early morning, late night, and “quick work event, honey, I won’t be home late,” there’s often a mother keeping everything together at home. Before any of us ever stepped onto a job site, there were moms teaching us the value of hard work, showing up, and pushing through even when things get tough. Everything we deliver starts with them. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at F&H.

  • Proud to recognize a few of our team members celebrating 2 and 3 year anniversaries with F&H. These milestones mean a lot. They represent people who believed in what we were building early on, showed up through the growing pains, and helped turn an idea into a company we’re all proud of. Thank you for your loyalty, your effort, and the standard you set every day. We appreciate you.

  • Meet Stephanie Shaw: the Procurement powerhouse that keeps F&H's gears turning. Steph is basically human sunshine; her emails literally end with “with appreciation,” not “kind regards,” because kindness is standard - appreciation's her signature. Stephanie goes the extra mile and jumps on orders for the field team time and time again. She's a go-getter that quietly kills it behind the scenes (whether it be formatting the company documents, writing for socials, ordering rush items for Chargehands, or just finding that file you swear you saw one time). Rumour has it even Andrew Fettback calls on her for IT help now. Off the clock, Steph pours that same care into her world: her partner Nii, her parents, and her two Chihuahuas (who definitely run the household). Thanks, Steph, for bringing your skill, grit, and good vibes to F&H. We’re lucky, and a little brighter, having you on the team. With appreciation, Your colleagues 🖤

    • Two individuals are sitting in a golf cart on a golf course. Both are smiling and wearing casual clothing. The background shows grassy areas and trees.

  • Some companies treat safety like a checkbox. We don’t. Today, on the National Day of Mourning, we remember the workers who didn’t make it home, and those who were injured on the job. This work carries real risk. Safety isn’t optional. It’s on all of us. Today is also World Day for Safety and Health at Work. As a COR-certified company, we hold ourselves to a high standard. Not because we have to, but because the people we work with depend on it. Our safety program continues to evolve with the work, the risks, and the responsibility that comes with it. Because at the end of the day, everyone deserves to go home safe.

    • A grid design with the "FH" logo in the top left corner. A message reads: "Today, we remember the workers who didn’t make it home." Next to the text is an orange ribbon. Below, bold text states: "National Day of Mourning.
    • Image with a logo featuring the letters "FH" in a circle, located in the top left corner. Below is an icon of a helmet and the text: "Dedicated to ensuring our team goes home every day." The main text reads: "World Day for Safety And Health At Work." The background features a grid pattern.
  • Few things hit harder than the first patio beer of summer. Getting awarded the Hyatt Hotel in Victoria is one of them. Cities don’t change all at once. They shift project by project, block by block. Our team has already broken ground on the electrical scopes, including new primary service infrastructure, main distribution systems, fire alarm systems, and striking architectural lighting that will define the building from the inside out. Keep your eye out for our seacan billboard on Broad Street. Shout out to ETRO Construction and Durwest Construction Management Inc. for this opportunity.

    • A building under construction with exposed steel framing is visible against a clear blue sky. Several shipping containers on the construction site display the logos and names "Fettback & Heesterman" and "ATCO." Leafless tree branches extend from the top left corner of the image.
