Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir des représentants du gouvernement de la Nouvelle‑Écosse à l’usine d’Agropur à Bedford, marquant une étape importante dans le projet d’investissement majeur de la Coopérative visant à renforcer son expertise en fabrication de protéines laitières à valeur ajoutée dans les Maritimes. Les participants de notre Programme de la relève coopérative ont visité le siège social d’Agropur afin d’approfondir leur compréhension des activités de la Coopérative, de sa gouvernance et de sa vision à long terme. Des échanges privilégiés avec des membres du conseil d’administration et du comité de direction leur ont permis d’en apprendre davantage sur le leadership en milieu coopératif et les priorités stratégiques de notre organisation. Les jeunes leaders ont également eu l’occasion de découvrir concrètement nos opérations lors d’une visite de l’usine de Granby. Chez Agropur, nous investissons dans la relève et l’accompagnons afin qu’elle contribue à façonner l’avenir de la Coopérative. #JeunesLeaders #CooperativeLaitiere --- Participants in our Next Generation Network visited Agropur’s head office to deepen their understanding of the Cooperative’s operations, governance and long‑term vision. Valuable exchanges with members of our Board of Directors and Senior Management Committee gave them the opportunity to learn more about leadership within the cooperative environment and our organization’s strategic priorities. Our young leaders also had the chance to see our operations firsthand during a tour of the Granby plant.
