𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬, 𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬? We spent one full day with the Extended Leadership Team of FrieslandCampina Professional Asia, with great support from WildWorks PL. No PowerPoint. No tables. No chairs. Just people talking, listening, engaging, and getting to know each other better. We worked together on our shared vision, what will help us get there, and what is still missing or needs to be stronger. It was open, real, sometimes uncomfortable, and very energising. In this tech‑heavy world, it reminded me how powerful it is to simply be together as a team, as a tribe and talk face to face. One day is of course not enough. But it was a very good start. And because this is FrieslandCampina Professional, we finished the day the most logical way: with a cooking competition! When your brands are Debic, Falcon, Dutch Lady, Black & White Brand and Alaska, talking about food is not enough. You have to cook. As a jury member, I completely sacrificed myself and tasted 16 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬, 16 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 16 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬, including some very creative Asian latte‑style drinks. Tough job, but someone had to do it 😊 A big thank you to my team for the openness, energy, and trust. What we started together matters and I’m looking forward to what we will build next.
