We are pleased to announce we have secured a $405 million maintenance services contract renewal with Yarra Valley Water. The nine-year contract consolidates existing service contracts, Sewerage and Water Network Reactive Maintenance and Mechanical and Electrical Planned and Reactive maintenance. “We’re pleased to continue our partnership with Yarra Valley Water as we deliver reliable services for people and businesses within their service area. The team has already achieved strong results in customer experience and response times, and as we enter this new phase, we remain focused on transformational asset management and enhanced service delivery,” said Managing Director and Group CEO Dean Banks. This ANZAC Day, Ventia’s Defence Clothing Services teams went above and beyond to deliver under heightened operational demand across the contract. At RAAF Base Edinburgh, the South Australian Defence Clothing Store mounted more than 1,000 individual medal sets for RAAF members awarded the National Emergency Medal - each carefully prepared to official presentation standards, alongside a high volume of uniform and tailoring requests during one of the busiest periods of the year. Simultaneously at Gallipoli Barracks, the Defence Clothing Store partnered with Legacy Brisbane to provide 100 unrepairable service boots for a commemorative entrance display, honouring the service and sacrifice of Defence members. As we reflect on the service recognised through these medals, Ventia remains proud to continue to support veterans beyond ANZAC Day and their time in uniform. This June, Ventia will take part in Invictus Australia's ZERO600 fundraising campaign, helping veterans and their families thrive through the power of sport. We’re excited to share that Ventia has been awarded the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts (VRMC) for the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions. These contracts will see us deliver routine and programmed maintenance, emergency response, and minor capital improvements across the arterial road networks.
