The shared operating system for FMCG trade promotions.

About us

Trade promotions are the biggest commercial lever in FMCG. Yet managing them remains one of the most painfully manual processes in the industry. Every yellow ticket on every shelf in every supermarket starts with someone typing data into a spreadsheet. Multiply that across thousands of products, dozens of retailers, and different formats for every single one, and you get the reality that commercial teams live every day: millions of data points entered by hand, reconciled by hand, and disputed by hand. The industry has spent years chasing better prediction. We think the bigger opportunity is execution. PROMOSYNC is the infrastructure layer between suppliers and retailers. We automate the commercial transactions to ensure every deal is delivered as agreed. No manual data entry. No spreadsheet errors. No late nights fixing what should have worked the first time. We exist to engineer harmony into the most complex commercial relationship in FMCG. Suppliers and retailers need each other. The systems between them should reflect that. Sales teams get their time back. Finance teams get visibility. Commercial leaders get confidence that what was planned actually happened. Better prediction gets the headlines. Better execution gets the results.

What's the most impactful thing you can do for the planet this earth day? Hint: Look for the multipliers. Changes you make in your workplace can be hundreds or even thousands of times more effective than what you do at home. In FMCG data mismatch between food manufacturers and supermarket retailers drives tonnes of food waste every day. Let's change that together.

  • Thanks to the Department of State Development and Stone & Chalk for spotlighting Promosync in the start-up investor showcase at AFL - Australian Football League's Gather Round Festival. Great to see our industry peers like Chemist Warehouse, Coles Group and Bunnings supporting Gather Round and the community. Conversations on the day highlighted 3 reasons why Australia is one of the best places in the world to build a start-up right now (besides the Footy!): 1. Stable geopolitical environment 2. Resilient economy 3. Amazing talent We couldn't agree more!

  • AI in retail isn't coming, it's already here. The Deloitte 2026 Global Retail Outlook makes it clear. 1. Pilots are over. Most retailers like Coles Group, Woolworths Group, Walmart and Tesco are already deploying AI or will be within 12 months. 2. Agentic AI is next. 68% of retailers expect to adopt agentic AI within the next 12–24 months. 3. How people shop is changing. AI chat tools already drive 15–20% of referrals for some retailers and agents could influence 25% of global e-commerce sales by 2030. Talk to Promosync about how our intelligent platform bridges the gap between suppliers and retailers making more powerful AI optimisation possible. www.promosync.ai #GlobalRetail #FMCG #CPG

  • Australia's food & grocery sector looks healthy on paper — but dig deeper and the picture is more complex. The Australian Food and Grocery Council's Towards 2030 snapshot revealed three things every industry professional should know: 1. Real growth is stagnating: 6.3% CAGR since 2020 drops to just 3.9% adjusted for inflation. Volume growth is modest at best, and rising input costs are quietly hollowing out the gains. 2. Margins are shrinking: profit-to-turnover has declined steadily, and manufacturers are earning less per dollar of revenue. 3. R&D investment remains stagnant: investment is lower today than 2009-10, accelerating our shift toward commodity exports over high-value food. With oil prices rising, the pressure is only increasing. Technology is the most powerful lever available to FMCG businesses right now. At Promosync, that's exactly what we're built for. What is your business doing to drive growth in these conditions? www.promosync.ai #FMCG #AustralianManufacturing
