I've been thinking a lot about what it takes to develop a great client relationship in consulting. For me, it starts with the first page of a proposal. The moment a client thinks, wow these people actually get us. Not because of the formatting or the shiny logos. Because someone took the time to truly understand the problem and articulate it in a way that felt human. But most consultants I've spoken to never get to do this well. By the time they've chased CVs, copy-pasted slides and raced to the deadline, there's no time or energy left for the craftsmanship that actually fosters trust. This is why I built InsightWise. So the process stops getting in the way of trust. The consultants we work with don't think about a proposal as something to churn out and simply make more efficient. They see the opportunity to show a client they've truly listened, understood what's at stake and are already thinking harder about the problem than anyone else. If this resonates, I'd love to speak with you. https://lnkd.in/gRt5Qm6F
