Every technical decision is a financial decision. Most teams just never see the invoice. The architecture call you made 18 months ago, the third-party dependency you didn't interrogate, the feature you built instead of bought - they're all sitting on your margin right now, quietly. Ingenuity Design Group helps product teams draw a direct line between their technical choices and their bottom line - so the next decision is made with full visibility, not just good intentions. Ready to see what your engineering decisions are really costing you? Book a call with Ingenuity Design Group and let's run the numbers together. https://lnkd.in/gbEN5sTk

Building in-house doesn't mean you're serious. It means you're comfortable. One of the earliest and hardest calls in product development: build your engineering team internally, or partner externally? Founders who've done both will tell you, “Neither is Perfect.” But one tends to cost more than people expect. Not just in dollars. In time, in pivots, in lessons learned the hard way. Tell us your experience. We'll share ours first 👇 #HardQuestions #ProductDesign #ProductDevelopment #ProductTeam

The devices worked perfectly at first. Then, after a few weeks in the field, they began to fail. One by one. This is Impossible Problem #2 #EngineeringDesign #ProductDevelopment #EmbeddedSystems #ElectronicsEngineering #Debugging #EngineeringChallenges #TechInnovation

From shared logic to production-ready performance. Choosing between cross-platform and multiplatform development isn’t just a technical decision, it’s an architectural one that shapes performance, scalability, and long-term success. In our latest article, our Senior Software Engineer, Jaco de Wet, breaks down how modern frameworks like React Native, Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform are evolving, and what teams need to consider beyond the promise of a single codebase - from platform constraints to lifecycle cost and system adaptability. AI is accelerating product development. But here’s a harder question: Is it replacing engineers or is it making engineers more efficient with their work? What’s your experience? Is AI raising the bar - or lowering it? #TheHardQuestions #AI #ProductDevelopment #EngineeringExcellence #Engineering #EngineeringEfficiency

Last year, our leadership team spent time stepping back to talk about the future of Ingenuity. Not just growth or strategy, but our people and our culture. Our CEO, Paul Moutzouris, kicked things off by asking us to read The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle - Author. That sparked a different kind of conversation. Less about what we do, and more about how we work. Around the same time, we were exploring ideas around a 2026 company focus. We tested a few directions, including “Break New Ground.” It felt strong and innovative, but something didn’t quite sit right. Then one afternoon, driving home after finishing The Culture Code, it clicked. We don’t sell services. We sell teamwork. It’s easy to point to outputs, technology, and products. But what really creates impact is how people come together to solve problems, challenge ideas, and build something meaningful. That realisation didn’t just shape a message, it shaped how we think about the year ahead. We’re proud to introduce our 2026 company focus: Together We Can. To bring it to life, we’ve structured it across the year in four phases. Not as isolated themes, but as a progression of how great work actually happens. Together we can INNOVATE. Creating space for ideas, sharing knowledge, and exploring what’s possible. Together we can GROW. Building momentum through stronger collaboration, visibility, and connection. Together we can IMPACT. Connecting our work to real-world outcomes and the difference it creates. Together we can DO MORE. Pushing further, challenging what’s next, and building long-term value. Each phase builds on the last, but the core stays the same. Equip each other internally and empower those we work with externally. Because in the end, the most meaningful outcomes don’t come from individuals working in silos. They come from teams working together to make a difference.
